Warning signs

If you’ve seen this warning light on your dashboard, it indicates you have uneven tyre pressure. This may be fixed at an air pump at the petrol station, making sure all tyres are holding the correct pressure. If the problem continues after inflating, you probably have a puncture.

Often, when one tyre is less inflated than the others, a small puncture may have caused the tyre to lose pressure. The dashboard symbol displays as yellow to warn you that action should be taken now. When the symbol turns red, it is no longer safe to drive your vehicle. Either the fault has made the vehicle unsafe or further driving would cause a further fault (i.e. damage the wheel or the tyre so it cannot be repaired).

As a driver, you are responsible for the condition of your vehicle. The good news is that you now have a partner in 24 Hour Mobile Tyre Services to assist you and look after many aspects of your safety, drive fuel economy and ensuring your vehicle is deemed roadworthy and legal to drive and insure.
